CWP Career Impact

In one sentence, what has CWP meant to you?

Nothing worth anything comes easy.

How did your CWP experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?

It taught me some very important speaking skills, how to talk with people you never met and still be confident and get your point across. Taught me early on how to lead a team of people to accomplish a goal, and also all the issues that employees can throw at you.

What advice do you have for potential CWP participants? Current CWP participants?

You get what you put in. Don't be afraid to fail, that where you learn the most.

What's your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?

Ask yourself what your hardest day of work was so far in life, and think if you can do that everyday for a month straight with no days off. If you think that is something you could be interested for $100 a day we can talk further.
