CWP: 2000 to 2005
"It has opened doors for me that would not have been opened before. Management jobs were a given, and not something I hoped to achieve someday. My biggest downfall now is having too many career options to choose from, which is a much better alternative than not having any options."
What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?
There have been many, but overall I realized that I didn't have to start at the bottom and work my way up once I got out of college. I've seen others go through the process of 'working your way up' and it can take several years to prove yourself. This gives you an opportunity for coaching while in college to prove yourself before you ever graduate. I was able to immediately apply and qualify for management jobs. I've never had to start at an entry level salary, which is pretty nice. I also knew that I could successfully open my own business if that is what I chose to do.
