CWP was the launchpad for my career as well as where I made several lifetime friendships.
How did your CWP experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
CWP gave me the confidence and the capital to launch my company directly after college. The sales and management skills i developed there, still serve me today.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CWP experience?
Never give up. People are your greatest asset.
Advice
What advice do you have for potential CWP participants? Current CWP participants?
Be prepared for the commitment. It is a huge investment of time and energy. Find the path to success in the program that best exploits your gifts. Enjoy the ride.
What's your favorite memory from CWP?
As a DM, the pre-payroll friday meetings at my house with my branch managers. Was just an amazing group of people with boundless energy, creativity, and drive.
