Brief Description of Duties / Responsibilities

Still a student. While I was at CWP, I established detailed sales projections and conducted 138 sales proposals to generate 72 clients, a 52% conversion rate, grossing my branch over $200,000 in revenue. With exceptional oversight in production management of my 52 employees, I netted a 38% profit margin; the highest in the division. Paralleled with customer relations and quality controls, my branch achieved a 96% customer satisfaction rating.

Better grades in my final semesters as a student.

Allowed me the ability to be more productive with my time management.

What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CWP experience?

At the end of the day it is irrelevant how big you talked, it matters what you actually got done.


What advice do you have for potential CWP participants? Current CWP participants?

No one is going to lie and tell you its easy. Its not. The reward you get from accomplishments is directly related to hard work you put in to it. The fact that this internship is more challenging than most makes it all the more worth it in the end.
