Brief Description of Duties / Responsibilities

What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?

My twin daughters.

CWP Career Impact

In one sentence, what has CWP meant to you?

Everything! I would not be as successful in my field had I not learned the foundation having worked with CWP.

How did your CWP experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?

Everything I did as an intern with CWP I still do today in a more refined, professional way of course. Great foundation for success in any field.

What do you want to tell your clients about what it meant to work with them and how it has helped you get to where you are today?

Thank you. They were brave to give me a chance. I hope they all have enjoyed a long lasting, professional exterior paint job.

What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CWP experience?

Whatever it takes! That was our motto when I was an intern, it is still my motto today, and my clients love it!

How has the friendships and networks you built during CWP affected you?

I actually am not that close with anyone from CWP but I think thats more because I went to school in CA and live in NJ/NY now. Good to hear from them on FB and stay in touch through social media. Everyone seems to be doing well.

If you had to come up with an one line slogan for CWP, what would it be? :)

I like what Johnny taught us.. Whatever it takes!

Advice

What advice do you have for potential CWP participants? Current CWP participants?

If you are someone who knows you have something special inside of you, and you want to be successful, you will find the guidance and mentorship to unleash that potential with CWP. If this describes you, then I strongly recommend you to consider CWP. It will change your life! If you are a person not willing to work hard, have a sense of entitlement, or otherwise feel that learning is not essential to your development as a professional, then this is not the program for you.

Many college students struggle to choose between an internship specific to their target industry or doing CWP. What advice would you give them on this subject if they wanted to enter your career field?

Sales are sales. Doesn't matter what you do. If a person cannot sell himself or herself they will not be successful. CWP teaches that.

What's your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?

If Barbara Corcoran could turn 100 dollars into 1 billion dollars, so can we! Real Estate is exciting, challenging and rewarding for a motivated, likable person with a disciplined work ethic.

What's your favorite memory from CWP?

Finishing my first project and receiving the biggest check I had ever seen at that point in my life.

Last words of wisdom

If you work hard and chose to lead an ethical life (personal and business), not only will you be successful but you will also be happy, and your friends and family will look up to you because of the good choices you make.
