CWP Career Impact

In one sentence, what has CWP meant to you?

CWP is my transition from a young college student to a successful adult who understands myself.

How did your CWP experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?

The experience I was able to put on my resume got me three full time job offers before I even graduated. CWP has prepared me to make quick decisions and be able to handle pressure.

What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CWP experience?

To never shy away from a difficult task. No great things happen to those who never try.

What advice do you have for potential CWP participants? Current CWP participants?

Potential: It will be the most difficult yet most rewarding experience you will encounter in your young career. Current: Do not give up. Though the road to success is tough, make sure you give it your all in order to get the most back.

What's your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?

Find out who are the most influential players in the work team and start a work relationship with them. Be humble and eager to learn as much as you can from the influential players.

What's your favorite memory from CWP?

Going white water rafting with the Team from New York. It was a lot of fun to be with our own team and other teams.

Last words of wisdom

Make sure to never have any regrets. Live life never missing any opportunities that you will wish you took advantage of. Work Hard, Play Harder.
