CWP Career Impact

In one sentence, what has CWP meant to you?

CWP offers a launch pad for success, the program highlights real world problems and presents you with the tools to provide the right solutions to your customers.

How did your CWP experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?

I earned a manager of the year nomination and maintained top 95% rankings in national sales at CWP which gave me a ton of confidence as a 19 year old. This set the stage for me believing that I can accomplish anything that i set my mind to. CWP was a positive experience that helped shape my direction early in my college years. It has helped me land manager jobs directly out of college. CWP accelerated my experience and made me a more competitive applicant.

What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CWP experience?

EXPECTATIONS!

Advice

What advice do you have for potential CWP participants? Current CWP participants?

Good ethical business is accomplished when what you say, feel and do are all in line.

What's your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?

Manifest your own success through hyper focus, believing in yourself, working hard, and making a ton of very small good decisions that roll up to success.

What's your favorite memory from CWP?

I won a 1100 dollars in ones for a sales promotion... that was pretty funny.

Last words of wisdom

Follow your own path doing whatever makes you the most happy.
