Brief Description of Duties / Responsibilities

I manage the balance and tuning of the mechanics in our board games, as well as coordinate and run our publishing process, including marketing, sales, manufacturing, and distribution.

What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?

I co-founded a mobile app company where I developed Falcon, the navigation app for walking. We were accepted into two startup accelerator programs, at UCLA and in New York, and made successful partnerships with UCLA and Insomniac Events.

CWP Career Impact

In one sentence, what has CWP meant to you?

CWP was the most difficult, challenging time in my life, where I was forced to learn and grow as a person in an incredible short time.

How did your CWP experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?

Through College Works I developed the interpersonal skills and confidence to be able to succeed in any industry or career. I was also offered my first job after graduation from a CWP alumni.

What do you want to tell your clients about what it meant to work with them and how it has helped you get to where you are today?

The funny thing is, I remember the tough clients more than the good ones!

What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CWP experience?

Confidence is the primary driver in human communication and leadership. People want to trust and work with others, and confidence in one's self inspires them to do so.

Advice

What advice do you have for potential CWP participants? Current CWP participants?

CWP will be both the most intense challenge you've ever had, and the most rewarding learning experience. No matter what you do, never give up on yourself. If you have confidence and believe in yourself, it only takes time and effort to succeed.

What's your favorite memory from CWP?

Celebrating for 4 days straight in Cancun, and going to my first club ever. It was a blast!
