What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?

Starting a non-profit with some of my peers that granted an underprivileged student access to a private education.

CWP Career Impact

In one sentence, what has CWP meant to you?

It was the launching point for my career in entrepreneurship.

How did your CWP experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?

It was a great insight into what being an entrepreneur really is. At the age of 18 I began to realize that if I wanted to be my own boss I would have to outwork and out perform my peers. There's no easy path to success, but it's the failures along the way that make you better.

What do you want to tell your clients about what it meant to work with them and how it has helped you get to where you are today?

It's sad I can't remember their names. They asked me to paint their house orange with black trim (yep, sounds gross). They lived in Matawan, NJ and I still love driving by there because it truly is the best house I painted and still looks great. It was my first real production success, so it was a moral booster.

What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CWP experience?

Don't paint cedar shingles.

Advice

What advice do you have for potential CWP participants? Current CWP participants?

Take the leap. Very few people your age will experience the things you will in the course of a few months. Current: Don't be scared to make mistakes.

What's your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?

Well as an entrepreneurship major there is no internship better.

What's your favorite memory from CWP?

Vegas was a lot of fun.

Last words of wisdom

Keep on keeping on.
