What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?

Mentoring other people

CWP Career Impact

In one sentence, what has CWP meant to you?

It made me a more confident person, helped me dream bigger and introduced me to the most amazing people.

How did your CWP experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?

I worked with another NSG company after graduation so it literally helped me get a job. The people and experiences from CWP continue to help me every day.

What do you want to tell your clients about what it meant to work with them and how it has helped you get to where you are today?

Steve and Lisa Nadle. I did their project in the summer of 2003 but I remember the estimate and the phone call when I talked with Steve afterward and he awarded me the job. It helped me through a big sales barrier and helped me understand I can be really successful at this and sales in general. We need a certain amount of succes to continue fighting the tough battles and this sale helped me tremendously that year and in my career.

What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CWP experience?

Anything can be done with enough focus, patience and perseverance.

How has the friendships and networks you built during CWP affected you?

This is almost unexplainable. The network has been truly amazing. My best friends, business partners and soulmates came from CWP. I couldn't have asked for anything more from CWP.

If you had to come up with an one line slogan for CWP, what would it be? :)

Choose the more difficult path. You don't become extremely successful by taking the easy decision.

What advice do you have for potential CWP participants? Current CWP participants?

Put your reeboks on and just do it. There are plenty of reasons not to do things just like there are plenty of reason why people aren't great at something in their life. None of those reasons are good enough.

What's your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?

You can always get an internship in their industry. This is an opportunity to prove to yourself you are the type of person you have been telling yourself you are. Ante up

What's your favorite memory from CWP?

Every memory is priceless. I have dozens. I can still feel the feeling of excitement when I was and continue to be surrounded with people executing on their dreams.
