What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?

The money I made. Allowed me to buy my first home.

CWP Career Impact

In one sentence, what has CWP meant to you?

Character building

How did your CWP experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?

Helped me to understand hard work early on in career. This is important for young people.

What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CWP experience?

Project management

How has the friendships and networks you built during CWP affected you?

I am still friends with several of the CWP people I worked with.

What advice do you have for potential CWP participants? Current CWP participants?

Keep your grades up while doing the program. One regret I have about program was I let my grades slip because I did not plan enough time for school. Don't compromise ANY of your education/ learning for work. Plan appropriately.

What's your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?

Totally depends on what you are going to school for. For anything business, great opportunity. Everyone's situation is unique. This internship is not for every major or person. Everyone's situation is different and it needs to be evaluated and compared to other opportunities and internships which a student has.

What's your favorite memory from CWP?

Cancun was fun.

Last words of wisdom

Keep your grades up. Enjoy the internship and do well. But don't forget this is a supplemental experience to your first priority, which is your education. Once your grades are on your final transcript, they stay forever, there is no going back. Its like a tattoo, once you get it, its there forever. Don't put anything there you cannot be proud of.
