Brief Description of Duties / Responsibilities

Help provide clairty and confidence for my clients towards reaching their financial goals. I help manage my clients total wealth, and for the team, I'm the investment specialist and oil and gas nich market specialist.

What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?

Acquiring over $10 Million in new Assets Under Management in one year and joining the elite group of advisers who manage $50 million in assets or more.

CWP Career Impact

In one sentence, what has CWP meant to you?

Cwp opened eyes to what I truely could accomplish and how the only way to live like no one else does is to do and work like no one else will.

How did your CWP experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?

It got me my first position. The mother of one of my intern recruited me to the firm. Also, the average person they hire is 31, I was 23. Now I look back on it to remind me of the basics of sales.

What do you want to tell your clients about what it meant to work with them and how it has helped you get to where you are today?

Thanks for believing in me.

What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CWP experience?

How to truely sell. Find what the client needs and wants, and show how you either fit or don't.

How has the friendships and networks you built during CWP affected you?

Two of my DMs I managed were in my wedding, and a third attended. Also almost everyone at my bachelor party was CWP.

Advice

What advice do you have for potential CWP participants? Current CWP participants?

Work your tail off, and stay positive. You don't know which door you knock on will be your biggest job, or which class talk will have your star manager.

What's your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?

Cwp will give you more training and real world experience than most others. You will use sales in everything you do.

What's your favorite memory from CWP?

The training all the dms had before Thanksgiving. Also being the top DM recruiter at Park City in 2006.

Last words of wisdom

You can only control your attitude and your effort. But results will follow as long as you keep on giving your all on both.
