Brief Description of Duties / Responsibilities
Manage relationships daily with private equity, hedge fund, and law firm clients. Assess client needs by understanding the nuances of its merger, acquisition, or divestiture transaction. Evaluate the applicability of transactional liability insurance, e.g., Representations & Warranties, Contingent Liability, Fraudulent Conveyance, and Litigation Buyout insurance and broker these policies to resolve deal issues. Review and understand deal documents such as purchase and sale agreements, confidentiality information memorandums, legal and tax opinions, due diligence reports, and transaction structure charts.
What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?
Raising my family. I got married in June 2010 and my daughter was born September 2014.

CWP was a great experience to learn what it means to be an entrepreneur.
How did your CWP experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
CWP was great because it really showed me what it is like to be thrown into the fire with opportunities. You can only get out of something what you put in and that means sweat equity pays dividends.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CWP experience?
As quickly as possible, figure out the most efficient way to do things.

Don't just sell to sell. Make sure that you can efficiently and profitably complete jobs.
What's your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Network. Do well in school. Try to get internships while in school.

Completing my first sale.
